charming stay
helpful staff spacious room noticeable cleanliness
the hotel staff helped me with the room i wanted. i found the rooms quite spacious, which suited my needs well. cleanliness throughout the room was also noticeable. the hotel staff provided good service, especially nesha and jessie.
i found that some wooden furnishings in the rooms were a bit dusty, a point worth noting.

my room included a king-sized bed, a tv with local channels, and a small refrigerator, convenient for storing drinks. the bathroom featured a walk-in shower, complimentary toiletries, and fresh towels replaced daily. the air conditioning unit worked efficiently and maintained a consistent temperature.

The reception desk operates 24 hours. Staff provides assistance with luggage storage upon arrival. housekeeping services occur daily between 9 am and 4 pm. They replenish amenities. i observed attentive service at the front desk. Staff addressed inquiries efficiently and politely.

ample space swimming pools restaurant convenience soundproofing lack distracting maintenance
i found the restaurants on the hotel quite convenient. biru biru cafe was AMAZING!!! the multiple swimming pools offered ample space for relaxation. i really enjoyed having choices.
the lack of soundproofing caused some disturbance. noisy neighbors made sleeping difficult at times. maintenance seemed to be ongoing in several areas . it was a bit distracting.

resort style wooden structure beautiful landscape biru biru cafe small driveway limited parking dusty furnishings small pool
i found the resort style appealing. all wooden structures provided a unique village atmosphere. the landscapes were beautiful. it was nice to be close to biru biru cafe.
the driveways were small, and parking space was limited. the room had many wooden furnishings that needed proper upkeep. i noticed they were dusty and could cause allergic reactions. the pools were small, and additional recreation facilities were not available.
